PROJECT MANAGER

Responsibilities

  • Management and delivery of custom cabinet and millwork projects across various departments internally

  • Coordination of outside parties, schedules and expectations to ensure timely and cost efficient delivery and customer satisfaction

  • Be involved in all stages of a project from concept to completion

  • Ensure accurate design and measurement expectations

  • Create shop drawings

  • Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met

  • Maintain required project documentation

  • Serve as liaison between internal and external parties to the projects

  • Serve as an advocate for the customer

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in woodworking, millwork, construction, and/or architecture

  • Strong computer drafting skills. Sketchup/Layout a plus.

  • Strong project management skills

  • Strong analysis and critical thinking skills

  • Deadline and detail oriented

  • Strong leadership skills

  • Diligent

  • Hardworking

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities

  • Ability to interact with outside vendors and all levels of KR+H personnel

  • Good math skills

  • Good Oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to think outside the box

  • A willingness to learn

CABINET ASSEMBLER/DELIVERY DRIVER

Responsibilities

  • Case construction/misc. fabrication

  • Pack parts, load truck, unload and assist with deliveries

  • Ability to lift over 50 lbs.

  • Ability and interest to cross train and work in other areas of cabinet/millwork production as available and opportunity allows (benchwork, fabrication, installation, milling and sanding)

  • Perform basic truck maintenance

  • Follow best practices for safety both on the road and while loading and unloading truck

  • Some travel may be required, including overnight

Qualifications

  • Quality control is a priority

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Clean driving record

  • Prior truck driving experience

  • Ability to drive 22 ft. box truck in varying locations ie. Boston, etc.

  • Knowledge of truck height limitations, route limitations, and GPS navigation

  • Highly responsible and reliable

  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team

  • Proactive, self-starter, problem solving

  • Willingness to work overtime, if required, including Saturdays

  • Ability to work well and safely in a fast-paced environment

  • Maintain a clean and safe work area include box truck

  • Takes direction well

  • Woodworking skills/experience a plus

  • A willingness to learn
