We design and build beautiful and functional custom cabinetry. Our designers, project managers, and skilled woodworkers collaborate to make things that bring pleasure to both the users and the makers.  Throughout the company we employ the most sophisticated technology along with centuries-old tools and techniques. We are all guardians of quality and strive daily to achieve impeccable craftsmanship and customer service.

DESIGNERS AND LEADERS

KARLA MONKEVICH | CEO 

Karla came to KR+H in 2002 with a degree in architecture from Penn State and a rich set of hand skills she learned working in a wood shop with masters of the trade. Her resume is essentially Design / Build supplemented with deep experience in residential construction and supported by strong skills in graphic and verbal communication. Karla works with our customers to develop design, our shop to manage the fabrication and finishing, and on-site with our installers and trades partners to make everything fit as planned. As CEO Karla heads our executive group and provides company-wide leadership.  

PAUL REIDT | President

Paul is a founding principal of KR+H. His varied background includes graduate study in philosophy and architecture as well as years of hands-on work in carpentry and cabinetmaking. Paul is also a co-founder of the BAD Talks, a forum for Builders, Architects, and Designers to explore and discuss topics of mutual interest. Long a supporter of the North Bennet Street School, Paul currently sits on the board of directors.
